Charlotte Montague-Smith MOst. SPOP

Associate Osteopath

Charlotte graduated from the University College of Osteopathy (formerly British School of Osteopathy) in 2018 with an Integrated Master’s degree in Osteopathy and has continued her professional development since. Although she thoroughly enjoys treating patients of all ages, Charlotte has a particular interest in the treatment of expectant mothers, babies and children. As a result, Charlotte completed a post-graduate degree in Specialist Paediatric Osteopathy to further her knowledge in this area and better support her patients.

Alongside Osteopathy, Charlotte also incorporates the use of Amino Neuro Frequency (ANF) therapy into her treatments and holds a level 4 qualification. ANF therapy is a non-invasive therapy designed to target and address the root cause of pain. It is a painless therapy and results can be observed in as little as 5-20 minutes.

Charlotte uses a wide range of manual therapy techniques to tailor each treatment to her patients’ needs. She uses structural, functional and cranial osteopathic techniques, alongside medical acupuncture where appropriate, and advice on health and lifestyle. Charlotte also holds qualifications in sports and pregnancy massage. Massage appointments are available as individual sessions for a duration of 30 minutes or 1 hour.
